pair of heals

I recently got a pair of leather heals from woolworths and paid R550 for- if I remember correctly.<br> I wore the pair of shoes twice and today would be the third time im wearing them... as I examine the shoe I noticed that it is damaged in such a way that its just not neat... I do not want a refund, I need a new pair of shoes because I love them
