Painful expetiencecre

I had a credit card. Paid the Settlement amount in Dec 2019 and requested to have my account closed. Now my account handed over to creditors due to outstanding amount... After they refunded me for paying too much as the Settlement amount. Received several calls, but every time someone phones, they have no history of my acvount
