PAID UP LETTERS NIGHTMARE

Paid up letter nightmare. I have requested paid up letters for my loan account and my store account since the end of November 2021 from Daly. I settled with Daly on 23 November and immediately requested paid up letters. They submitted the request from WW. After getting zero response I eventually decided to contact WW directly. This in itself is difficult trying to get through to the recoveries dept. One person will put you through and another won't..... Depends who you talk to. You never speak to the same person.... After eventually getting through you have to explain the WHOLE story again and again. On 10 Dec I submitted another request for paid up letters and had to wait ANOTHER 5 days. I followed up on 20 Dec and nobody that I spoke to could assist! No paid up letters! Apparently no requests were put through!!! I don't even know who to speak to anymore. Feels like a dead end. Reallyyyy? This is Woolies we talking about. These people call you at odd hours when you owe THEM money and now they just ignore me and treat me with disrespect. PLEASE Help!!!!!!!
