Paid up letter and ridiculous service.

It's almost 2 months now asking for a simple paid up letter from this place but I'm being sent from pillar to post by this place and it's absolutely ridiculous!! What is so difficult with issuing a paid up letter that it has to take almost 2 months?? Ridiculous service for a company that works with customers. I will be escalating the issue with NCR because withholding the letter is ******* when I have paid my debt.
