Paid Up Letter

It been 2 Years now struggling to get paid up letter from woolworth the account was paid up in full in year 2013 but till now i can't get paid up, i was under debt review but i cancelled it and i paid all afoardable account on my own and woolworth was one of them but yet i can't get the letter i am requesting they keep on dragging it
