Paid up December 2021

I paid up Woolworths credit card in December 2021, but apparently they charge me interest monthly on 0 balance owed to them. This has dropped my credit score by 100 points. I have the paid up letter from them, but every month the credit score shows that I have not paid them for the past 6 months. Pay them what R0.
