Paid up account, now all of a sudden there is a balance outstanding.

<p>I have paid up my loan account at least 2 months ago, with Woolworths assuring me the account balance is zero and that the account is closed. Only to receive an 'urgent reminder' sms saying i now owe them R91. I mean really? Can't you do what you say? I have never missed a payment when i had accounts with you and now all of a sudden i owe you money????</p>
