Paid up account

I paid my account in full last year October. Sent the details to Woolworths to have my account reflect as paid up and be removed from ITC. Nothing to date. This morning I get an sms from another attorney stating I get a discount to pay my account in full! What the hell really? I asked when they got the account they said the 6th November 2017. What incompetence is this? I’m so mad! I support Woolworths all the way! I don’t think this will be the case any longer.
