Why, after being given a guarantee by your finance dept, is my account still not closed. Account was settled with consumer friend in Sep last year, yet you continue to list be as a bad payer on all the credit bearau sites. Sort this out, close my account, and send me a paid up letter. I have asked over 10 times for you to sort this, but you are useless
