Paid R3119.01 at Woolworths Eden Meadows and left with no groceries.

Very disappointed in Woolworths Eden Meadows, swiped my card 4 times and walked out with no groceries, sad part is that the employees are aware of the issue but failed to alert me. Worse part is that they still asked me to pay on another machine only to experience the same problem. Woolworths has R905.27 * 3 (R3119.01) of my money and there is no resolution to the matter. I was merely asked to wait for the bank to reverse it. To make matters worse, I was informed by Woolworths staff that I should wait for my bank to rectify the situation without any concrete evidence that I had attempted to make the purchase. This experience has left me not only financially affected but also deeply disappointed and disheartened by the lack of resolution and customer care.
