Paid items not received - no response to 6 enquiries

Online deliveries are a mess. Either there is no dispatch note to check, or food is missing that is on the dispatch note, or the delivery is late.

Latest example had items missing with no dispatch note to check against. I wrote a note on the sticker and received no phone call. I then phoned in and they sent me the dispatch note, which had 5 items on it that I never received but have paid for. I have phoned in 3 times and emailed in 3 times and no one returns my queries.

Right now I'm starting to think that I have lost the money on those 5 items and just need to write it off as school fees but I am really not happy at the lack of service and response. Their Ballito deliveries are in a mess.

Sorry Woolies, this isn't working :-(
