Paid for something I never received and they refusing to give my money back

In April 2020 I ordered a few items for delivery which I have done before. 6 May I called them and had a 13min conversation with an agent to change the address for delivery as the delivery date was for the week of the 21st May 2020, by the 15th of May I called again and emailed as the items were delivered to the incorrect address. By the 16th I received a call to say that they can not go and collect the items because the person I spoke to on the 6th never put the request through and the area is a dangerous one so the courier doesn't want to go. By then I requested my money back as I refuse to pay for something that never was received. It's July 2020, yesterday I sent another email attaching every one of my previous emails and proof of phone calls made from the 6th to 23rd May as I still never received anything. And still nothing. I will never order from them or walk into a store of there's again.
