Paid but no deliver for 2 weeks now😡😡😡😡livid I am with this 😡😡😡😡

I’m extremely livid and disappointed at Woolworths online. 😡😡😡😡😡😡I ordered bras at the end of September 2022 and I still haven’t received them…I called on Monday 10th of October to check and get them delivered. The guy I spoke with promised that they will be delivered with the next delivery and he even said they’ll call me to confirm everything but I didn’t receive any call nor email. I called today and the lady by the name of Zikhona said there hasn’t been a response from the warehouse therefore they are escalating the matter…I needed these items ASAP and this delay is such a huge inconvenience and highly unprofessional. I’m never EVER ordering from Woolworths their services are highly appalling and extremely bad.
