Ox liver

I bought an ox liver on the 10/04/2021 at woolies in Sandton wanting to prepare it on the next day, only to find out that the liver has expired but on the use by date it said 11/04/2021, the color inside had changed to white and slimy, was really disappointed because this is not the 1st time it happened, the last time I bought the very same product only to find it was chicken liver inside the ox liver packaging and also expired, am really disappointed with the store really and am a big customer in the store but this time I have just heard enough with it,and I can’t go back and return one thing at a store it’s time consuming and time wasting also, please fix this problem because u gonna lose your customers over such a thing. Disappointed!!!
