OVERCHARGING !!

I bought some underwear at WOOLWORTHS NORWOOD MALL, and the price on the packet clearly states R99.95 INCLUSIVE OF VAT. I was kept waiting a very long time in the queue to pay, and eventually it was my turn. This was the only item I was buying, which was marked R99.95 INCLUSIVE OF VAT. I was in a hurry after being kept waiting for such a long time and paid by bank card, took my goods and left. On returning home, I was HORRIFIED and flabbergasted to see that I had been charged R110.00 for the above purchase. I immediately phoned the said store, being WOOLWORTHS NORWOOD MALL and had the misfortune of speaking to the merchandising clerk, tebogo (she wouldn't give me her surname), and said the store manager is on leave until next month. So there is nobody managing the store, I can come back and get a refund ..... I AM NOT RETURNING .... I live very far from that filthy and unmanaged store, and I told her so. She wasn't interested in helping me in ANY WAY at all, all she could do was tell me about HER problems - which I really am NOT interested in. I am the customer - she must solve my problems not vice versa. The price on the ticket is the price the customer must pay !!!
