Overcharged on clothing

Hi, <br> I purchased a Jacket at Woolworths yesterday for R499 and it states R499 on the label twice. When I got home I realised that I was charged R599 for it! I went to the store to speak to the manager. It is my understanding that Woolworths abides by a Scan Right policy. However, upon speaking to a manager today, I was told that it only pertains to food items. <br> <br> I fear that if I did not look at my slip, Woolworths would have no issue with overcharging me by R100 as a consumer on clothing. However, when I as a consumer ask that Woolworths uphold their values of (I) Integrity and (ii) Service, and honour the Scan Right Policy, it does not happen. <br> <br> As a consumer I feel done in and unhappy with this.
