Overcharged for item on Wooliesdash

I was overcharged for an item when ordering on Wooliesdash. The item's correct price was R92 and I was charged R923. I was advised that the money would reflect in my account between 3-5 working days. It is now past that duration, and I've still not received my refund. This is ridiculous because it is a huge amount which has impacted me. Extremely disappointed in Woolworths for this discrepancy and their lack of communication. I've called in twice and no one can tell me what the delay is, nor can they connect me with anyone in Finance to assist.
