Overcharged and quiry not attended after 2 months
On 25 February I returned a pair of takkies at Woolworths Vaal Mall. I purchased other goods as well. I suspected that I was overcharged but because of the bad attitude which equalled to poor service that I received I just wanted to leave the store. On 10th March I received a call from a young lady who asked me to come to the store with my slips as she was getting suspended for overcharging me. Because of time constraints I only managed to visit the store on 27 March. I met a manager called Sina. Sina acknowledged my quiry , called her manager and took my details with the promise of calling me after Easter holidays. It is a month now and no one had contacted me for any kind of feedback. I am concerned about Woolworths customer service. First It was a teller or an assistant at customer service who was rude and speaking only sotho when she overcharged me. Now I a also convienced that management is the same. They do not care about customers. Why would they not notify me about the recharge . Why would they not get back to me after I made an inquiry. Remember I am a busy person also. To leave my errands and visit as store because of their carelessness is time wasting. Now I must make a follow up for my money , all this because of their incompetency. I real wonder want kind of workforce is this company having, if there is no difference between management and floor staff. Can I ask that someone contact me regarding this issue. My contacts Mrs Mthembu *** /***
