OVERCHARGE FOR SENSELESS SUBSITUTION

I am so alarmed by the incompetence and unprofessionalism.

On 11th August 2021, I made an online order for delivery, I ordered Free Range BBQ Drumlets & Winglets X 3 which amounted to R20.97, I also selected the option to be contacted for any substitutions.

I was shocked when I got the Tax Invoice which reflected a substitution of Flame Grilled Sticky BBQ Chicken Winglets & Drummets 500 g X 3 at a whooping R 329.97.

That is R309.00 MORE than what I ordered AND the quantity is also so much more.

Don't I get a call to ask me about substitutions and aren't they supposed to be reasonable and match the original amount?
