Overcharge

I ordered a click and collect parcel and was so impressed with how quickly I could fetch it. However I was overcharged big time and have to wait 3 to 5 working days for my refund. Supposedly the bank is slow to pay out. I checked with Absa who strongly disagree. It is disgraceful that they are quick to take your money but when they have made a mistake they are slow to refund the money. Put me off shopping with them.
