Over two weeks for a pair of shoes?!?

Had to order a pair of shoes that I wanted all the way from Pretoria, as my size was sold out from ALL Cape Town branches. It's been over TWO WEEKS, and I've heard nothing about my shoes arriving. How can it possibly take so long for a pair of shoes to arrive from Pretoria?!? So so disappointed!
