Over 3 yes ago someone opened a woolworths credit

Over 3 yes ago someone opened a woolworths credit. Card in my name..I didn't apply or sign for it..I reported it. ..went to the police had a affidavit signed and stamped..copies of identification as well..went into tygervalley branch and handed it in as requested of me.... months later phoned the ***** branch and they said its unacceptable will elevate as priority...still nothing.. then I made a comment on their face book add about this matter..a guy phoned me and said it will be a priority again...Still not sorted..I get a statement every month and my replies to them have been varied from irate..to bad language..informed them I would contact this platform..still nothing..so here I am...I was a client of theirs for over 40 yrs so even closed my account because of this...
