Outstanding Service

I would like to commend Ms M Mthethwa who assisted me yesterday at the Customer Services desk in the Richards Bay Boardwalk store for her friendliness and professional manner. She kindly accompanied me to the Food Section and spoke to the Manager who was also very helpful and pleasant.

Ms Mthethwa is an asset to your company and I highly appreciate how she handled my request. I do hope that she is recognized for her efforts and wish her all the best in her career at Woolworths.
