Outstanding refund of overpaid woolworths account

Dear sir/Madam,

I am sending this email to express my disgust at the lack of communication with regards to a refund on my Woolworths store card account which is currently paid up to date but overpaid by the amount mentioned in the email thread below.

I have received my paid up letter from VVM attorneys who are a service provider to Woolworths as a collection agency but have received no feedback on the matter of the refund due to me. As you see from the emails the attempts I have made to get a response from them, but to no avail.

Please assist with this, as a matter of urgency, as it will leave me no other choice but to explore other avenues for the recovery of the funds, as Woolworths did when I defaulted on payments due to Covid 19 lockdown restrictions, which causes salary cuts and jobs losses. People are struggling and I need action from Woolworths as it was back in the day, not too long ago, where i believe they were the best financial institution around.

I over paid this account by R2900.00 in error. I am happy the it is now paid up but am concerned that i have not recieved a response from VVM with regards to a refund of the above amount.
