Outstanding Paid Up Letter

I had an account with Woolworths that's was handed over. I paid it off in full but never received my paid up letter. Its been 2 years now. These people harassed me everyday until I settled it, and now that its paid up no one phones me with answers as to why I haven't received my letter yet. I want my name cleared!!!
