OUTSTANDING BALANCE - WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNT

I was retrenched at the end of Dec 2020. On both my Woolworths card that I've have for 25 years plus and a Balance Protection Cover on them, I have been inundated with calls from Nationwide Recovery asking me when am I going to pay the outstanding balance.....hello I've been retrenched.....No Income....with what must I pay the outstanding balance with....?? Love and fresh air. It has not come down to PURE HARASSMENT from NATIONWIDE RECOVERY as I have been getting up to 5 calls per day asking me the same question, please confirm you date of birthday etc....don't these people have a system to see what is going on in their organization. I was told they can put it on the system to show the call centre operators where this claim is and how far it has goes etc....they like sheep there !! I feel for these people as the Administration of Nationwide Recovery sucks BIG TIME !!
