Out there to catch us

My Woolworths store card was the first card I ever owned and had it since I turned 19. The limit on it is R800 and has been like this since I can remember. Not even sure Why I still have it. This being said, I pay a small fee of R50 on it every month because having a daughter I sometimes buy small things on it. Thinking I can trust them I never check my statements, I just make payments. Only to find out this morning that I am paying an account fee that I was not even made aware of. So my small payments was not going towards a down payment on something. Its purely an amount going to Woolworths for "Nothing". If this was for a Credit card or some sort of subscription I would have been able to understand it. But this was purely implemented without notifying me.

Needless to say, I will be closing my account with Woolworths. Although I am a cash customer, I will NEVER support them again. This was the Only account I kept open. But I will no Longer support this company at All.

Extremely Disappointed in a company that I was backing 100%. Looks like they are purely out there to take people for a ride.
