Out of stock vs poor customer service

<p>Visited Woolworths Sandridge this morning to make a simple, uncomplicated purchase-a spinach and feta pie. Response was the DC is out of stock- no investigation, apology or solution, just "What am i suppose to do if the DC is out of stock" and "Do as you please". What is more concerning is that these responses are from the Foods Manager-Khanyi Hadebe. Her body language suggested that she was upset at my complaint. Over and above that, she deliberately gave me the number of the Store Manger when i requested the number for the Regional Manager. I asked the Store Manager to get the Regional Manager to call me.
