Out of stock is the new Woolies online special

Please improve the online shopping experience especially when you are running specials. It is very disappointing to always find an item out of stock and your customer service dept has no way of helping with that. Further, I have to search your website everyday to check if stock has arrived. Even chased up with the supplier to find out when they will deliver to you, can you believe? I've lost out twice on amazing specials due to this issue.
