Oustnding Balance not decreasing

<p>I had an oustanding balance of R7400 in 2014 and made an arrangement to pay the instalments of R400 every month. to date i have paid more than R9000.00 everytime i call the customer department they say the account has been handed over and they dont have details. They cant give me a statement to show all payments i have made and yet they keep calling. This is frustating and the custmer services people have no clue of what they are doing. How can you be custmer services department and not be able to solve such a simple issue. Woolworths is not doing anything... this is really irritating as i have paid my account.</p>
