Organic prawns not delivered

Woolies online shopping experience, I saw organic prawns on special bought,told to select my preferred date and time of delivery. An hour 30min before they deliver only then they call to tell me they do not have stock then you wonder how is it possible that they realized hour before delivery while they had full 3 days to make me aware…. What an inconvenience as when the agent calls they do not even come up with an alternative except they want to refund me…. I am still waiting patiently for them to have stock and deliver , been 3days today.
