Orders not delivered after two weeks!!!!!!

This is getting quite disgusting now..... I waited (agreed on the 6th of Dec for a parcel I ordered on the 27th of November after they could not deliver last week) for this delivery to come and it has not. I am not sure what is going on but I am concluding that this order will never get delivered. The worst thing is that I have been calling the courier company to find out what is going on, to ask for an ETA for the driver and no one seems to even get back to me to let me know what is going on. All in a while I have fully paid for my order which is now two weeks due to be delivered to me. I expect this level of service from other stores and not Woolies. I have even called Woolies customer care and promised that they will follow up with this dreadful courier company, but nothing. I am starting to get a feeling of even being ****med by ordering through the Woolies website. Looking at HelloPeter, this DPP courier has all terrible reviews with the same complaint, ERROR IN ADDRESS for all sorts of different people.

It is very disappointing I must say. Now I know not to ever buy anything on the Woolies online. o*** ESP1T***2
