Ordered online for a birthday Months ago I requested my cellphone number to be changed and was assured that it was. The old number was given to the courier and I was not contacted for delivery Called in twice to the call centre and both agents were unhelpful. Both said that they would call back and neither did. The birthday has passed and no present delivered Needless to say this is pathetic service. The fact that we are in 2024 and departments of the same organization cannot communicate effectively blows my mind. I expect the item to be delivered tomorrow come whatever. Else just cancel the order and stop advertising as a superior brand that you are certainly not!
