ordered online, 3 weeks gone by and still waiting

<p>3 weeks ago my husband ordered from Woolworths online with a promise that we would receive our package in 3 days. It is now 3 weeks and still NO PACKAGE! We have called in numerous times, waited on hold for 5-10 minutes each time and spent a total of roughly 20 mins on each call. We were promised that we will receive a call back regarding our package EACH TIME - but WE DID NOT! We were promised that our package will be delivered next day on EACH CALL - BUT its has not and we are STILL AWAITING! We were promised that THIS MATTER would be resolved and we would not have to complain on social media . BUT HERE WE ARE on social platforms!</p>
