Ordered Food - No delivery

Deeply unsatisfied with Woolworths service. I ordered food on Sunday evening for delivery on Monday (For my supper as well as a guest's supper). I was told that my delivery would be made between 2pm - 5pm, and at 16:30 when I phoned to check the progress of my order, I was told it hasn't been dispatched yet but they'll \try and make it to my office before 5pm". Utterly pathetic. If that's how they treat their clients"
