Order placed with Manager

Last Sunday 21st June I placed an order for 4 850 gram Chocolate Puddings with Kamo at Woolworth's Florida Glen. I then sent my husband to confirm the order on Thursday the 25th and she confirmed that it had been placed and that I could collect on Saturday morning as agreed. I needed them for a function on Saturday and when I went to collect them on Saturday they were not there and neither was Kamo. The 2 employees I spoke to on Saturday were no very helpful either, in fact the only comment I got from one of them was EISH! He then told we that perhaps I could drive to Centurion as they had them in stock there. There was not even an offer to try to source them and arrange to have them sent to the branch. I must say that the service at Woolworths Florida Glen is seldom very good and the shelves are not well stocked. NOT IMPRESSED with WOOLWORTHS!
