Order not delivered

I am writing this review because of the experience I am currently experiencing placed an order on the 19th to be delivered on 20th. I sent an email advising that I had left my phone and please can they send a text on WhatsApp because I have access on my PC at work and did mention that they can drop of the parcel at the security/reception. The delivery guy **** and said he came to the building and since he could not reach me on calls he sent the order back . I called on Saturday the same of which I was expecting my delivery and they said they will be resending the order (the agents kept dropping the call), they **** and said they will be sending on the 21st. I checked on the tracking and it stated that the order was delivered on the 20th yet it was not delivered .I called again on the 21st and the the agent **** and said they will call me back in 2 mins but I had to call again to find out that the department was closed. I am in need of this order because I had ordered the Christmas meat hamper ,because if I don't get it ,it means there is no Christmas for me and my family .

There has been no communication and I have been sending emails expecting to get something from them but nothing
