Order not delivered and no communication

My first time shopping at Woolworths online and it happened to be the worse experience ever and my last. I have been waiting for my order for the past 2 weeks now and the only thing I got was a bad service and be given false hope. I thought shopping online will make my shopping easier but it happened to be my nightmare. I ordered 3 items and only 1 item was delivered, I was told I will get my order other items soon but nothing, and each time I call I'm given a different story. Please get me my order as soon as possible. My order number is :o ********** 24. I hope to get is soon. Tired of wasting my airtime and time to call you.
