Order *** NOT delivered

I don't know whether I'm disgusted or I'm disappointed - or let me just say I'm all of the above. I placed a order: *** online, only because your stores of out of stock with the size I wanted - in mossel bay.

Now, because of Covid I had to cut my leave short and go back to Cape Town to get back to work. I had sent a request to you guys, to change delivery to Khayelitsha - and you said you don't deliver there.. Fine! I then asked you to deliver it to your Adderly street store in Cape Town CBD and you still giving me STORIES!!! This is absolute ******* cause I have delivered to the store and pick it up there before... So I know it is possible! And in actual fact, do you really want more people shopping inside your stores during a pandemic.

The whole world is in a panic and you guys are causing unnecessary STRESS. I want that shoe delivered to the Cpt Adderly Street store ASAP - my child is leaving to Mpumalanga in 3days!!
