Order not delivered

Order the ombré celebration cake at the store in 2nd Ave in Alberton on Monday 10th of March. Was advised the cake will be ready for collection on the 14th of March, got a call that says they didn’t deliver the cake. My son’s birthday party is ruined thanks to woolies
