Order no. *** order not delivered 24 hours later

I placed an order yesterday around 14:00 for delivery at 16:00 I was called around 17:00 and was told that my order will be delivered today due to whatever reason, I now log in the dash app to check the status of my order, it shows that my order was delivered. I haven't received anything nor a call to let me know the progress of my order.

This is utterly ridiculous and disappointing also an inconvenience caused by your company, i had to get takeouts (another cost) due to this last night.

Woolworths Bayside Cape Town is the pits if their product is not rotten then the service delivery is as worse, Management needs to change or let other woolies around the area do deliveries too.

MY ORDER IS STILL NOT DELIVERED AND THERE'S NO COMMUNICATIONS

I had been back and forth with woolies dash and I'm only informed now that my order is canceled and refunded which will take 2-3 days. Tablebays woolworths has technical issues their fridge is not working, FOR 2 DAYS, HOW? What on earth is this, the inconvenience I had to go through with woolies dash, no remorse, no follow up I had to send emails and called them 3 times ( with my money). You caused me money that I did not plan on spending and all you could say is apologies for the inconvenience. I am not happy at all.
