ORDER DELIVERED TO AN INCORRECT PERSON

I am so frustrated by the inconvinience Woolworths ONLINE has given me. I placed an order online and two days later I was called by Woolworths saying that my order was delivered at STANDARD BANK JOHANNESBURG CBD. How is it even possible that the courier company allow someone who was not called to the telephone numbers provided and received my order. My address was for MIDRAND. What ****es me off even further is that WOOLWORTHS keep saying "we are investigating" I am never ever buying from WOOLWORTHS ONLINE anymore and further more I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY ORDER.
