Order cancelled on day of delivery - no re-shipment of order

I recently placed an online order for items on the quality sale. On the day of expected delivery, I received an email communication that my order had been cancelled due to the delivery vehicle being involved in an accident. If I still wanted these items, I would need to browse online and reorder and hope these items are available. This is highly frustrating as I feel Woolworths could have easily just reshipped these items as apology for the inconvenience caused or offered alternative compensation. Instead of my having to go through the order process from scratch. Not the kind of service I expect from this brand.
