Order cancelled and account blocked

I’m very disappointed, I’ve had an online order cancelled for no reason and no notification given. My account has subsequently been blocked, according to my app my details suddenly don’t exist.

I’ve been on the phone for the last 30 minutes since yesterday being sent from pillar to post and I’ll get is sorry we’re not sure what happened. This is completely unacceptable as this was a gift. I’m at my wits end, it really is appalling service.
