Orchid died within a week and Being ignored
Hi<br> I want to bring to the following to your attention. I have a passion for Orchids to date I have bought 5 Orchids from Woolworths various branches and have never had a problem with any of them until recently in December I had seen the most beautiful Orchid that I had to buy. I paid for it R499.00 as it was something different. After having it over a week the Orchid died and could not be saved. It is so disgusting because I have always thought that Woolworths sell the best flowers which last the longest and stay resh for over well over a week I have experienced. I think that while the plant was at Woolworths that the staff did not really look after it and I happened to buy that one and it died since Woolworths does a investigation into foods that is faulty why not do a investigation into why the orchid died since I know from my side it was not me as the other 4 I have are very much alive. I then had called Rodney from Waterstone who could not make a decision and refused to help me he said that he would get the Manager Richard to call me which never happened. Then I called again on the 6th of Jan 2016 again and spoke to Rodney again as usual he would not take or make a decision.
