Operations times

I went to Woolworths Tambotie Mall as it is my Daughter's Birthday got there at 17:30pm and it was closed but on the website it states that they only close at 20h00 called the store at 17h22 on these numbers *** but no one answered....Should I have known would have bought my daughter her favourite cake at some other Woolworths but I opted for Tambotie Mall...Now my daughter could not get her cake due to I don't know what to call it....Really Disappointed
