Opened /closed/ blocked Which one is it

My ID no *** I opened a store card at woolworths and was approved. On the 16/12 went to pick up my card and did some shopping R3116 and my credit limit That I was given was R23000. On the 18/12 wanted to use the card Iwas told that I have no credit and need to call call center. 19/12 I called and I was told to that my account is blocked cos I bought for R3116 and I must submit again my 3 months bank statement and payslips and ID. On the 18/12I received a contract with my approved credit to sign. I app**** at the shop @Mall of Africa and picked up my card there. Please make me understand why the account was blocked and then sent a contract again
