Online Woolworths

I bought some shoes online when they were delivered the size was big so I had to had them changed for my son. Since I couldn't go to the store myself I had to send my sister, unfortunately when she got to the store she had to pay a fee of R40. Why don't Woolworths have this stated so that we know what to expect. It was the Woolworths at Soshanguve Crossing.
