Online store useless

When sending an enquiry regarding the online store, they cannot be bothered to reply. I do not have time to phone during the day. Also as soon as you put your delivery area in, some items are not available to buy online, If you change it to another area in same province not even 20km further the item all of a sudden is available. Online shopping should have all items available in all areas
