Online store is pathetic
<p>This is a complaint regarding the above order.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I ordered four biscuit tins during the Christmas promotion where you buy two tins and get 35% off. The promotion was only on for that specific day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I only received one of the items I ordered and they substituted one tin with another tin. They did this without contacting me first. They also didn't give me the 35% discount on the substituted tin.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic. With any other decent online store they tell you if items are out of stock before you order it and they definitely do not just substitute things. You cannot run a online store this way.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be using the online store again, because it is too unreliable.</p>
